When you request a care consultation, we collect the contact and care-request information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email, state, timing, estimated hours and message. When you submit an employment application, we collect the contact, location, experience, availability, transportation, training-status and work-authorization information you provide. We also use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and our own website measurement tools to collect basic activity, device, referral and campaign-source information so we can understand how visitors use the site and which outreach produces inquiries. We do not send the contents of care-request or employment forms to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to care requests, assess service fit and availability, review employment applications, maintain a caregiver applicant pool for future opportunities, match location and schedule preferences, coordinate follow-up, improve our website and measure outreach. Do not use this website for an emergency or to submit Social Security numbers, identity documents or highly sensitive medical information.
How we share it
We may share information with the appropriate Promising Tomorrows local care or operations team and service providers that help operate this website, measure outreach or deliver communications. We do not sell information submitted through our care-request or employment-application forms. Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent, is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information only with service providers as necessary to deliver requested communications or as required by law.
Text messaging
If you consent to receive text messages from Promising Tomorrows, message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you through another method when legally permitted or operationally necessary.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed for follow-up, operations, recordkeeping and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
