Prepared before participant assignment.

01CPR & First Aid

Every caregiver completes CPR and First Aid training before being assigned to a participant.

02Screening & eligibility

Required background screening and employment eligibility checks are completed before work begins.

03Role-specific training

Caregivers complete orientation and all state, payer and service-specific training required for their assignment.
